Vidya

Vidya has been a Standard 1 teacher at Bridge, Telaprolu since August 2019—joining from a university, where she was also a teacher. “I like to teach because I like to see my pupils improve. If they improve, then they’re happy and if they’re happy then I am happy,” she smiles.

Her favourite subject to teach is Maths: “I think that Maths is my best subject because I can really observe the progress of my pupils. I love to pass on this information. It’s been made so easy for me at Bridge, my pupils are always so well behaved!”

At home, Vidya lives with her father, who she says she’s very grateful to. She concludes, “I want to thank my father for always supporting me, helping me to become a teacher.”
