Meet Alwin Babu, an academy manager for Bridge, India that always wants to make sure his academy is running smoothly.

“For me, it’s very important to have academies run well. This way, teachers will feel supported so that they can provide high-quality lessons for pupils,” he says.

One difference that Alwin has seen at Bridge is the world-class range of technologies available.

He says: “In India, most of the schools are not offering high-quality education, especially the technology. Here at Bridge the technology helps to facilitate teachers.”

Alwin believes that all of his pupils have the potential to go far. “I can see just how much the teachers at school have had an impact on their lives. I know the pupils will go far,” he says.
